Q: What is Road to Give Event?
A: Road to Give is a Marriott International regional annual event held across Asia Pacific (excluding China) that encourages associates to run, walk, ride, or move in any form for a good cause. The initiative creates opportunities for Marriott International associates to give back to their communities in meaningful ways, and it just gets more exciting every year. More than just a charity run, Road to Give is a celebration of purpose and people, reinforcing our “Be” People Brand and its pillars to empower associates to become the best version of themselves - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Q: Is this an event for charity?
A: Yes, this year’s event continues to support two key community initiatives: Bali Children’s Foundation and Solar Chapter. Bali Children’s Foundation provides essential access to education for underprivileged and special-needs children across Bali. In collaboration with Solar Chapter, we will be supporting solar-powered water pumps in Weelima & Tublopo Villages, and solar lighting in Romang Village, East Nusa Tenggara.

Q: How do I register for Road to Give 2025?

Q: What is entitlement as a registered participant?
A: You will receive an exclusive RTG Run T-shirt, BIB Number, and a finisher medal.

Q: I have completed the registration, what is next?
A: You will receive a registration email with confirmation number. Please proceed to the link provided in the email to make payment via bank transfer.

Q: May I cancel my payment and get a refund?
A: No, a refund will not be processed. If you cancel, the payment will go to charity.

Q: Who is eligible?
A: Open to the public and Marriott International associates.

Q: Minimum age requirement?
A: 5K participants must be 17 years old before the event. For 2K, parental consent is required for children 3–16 y.o.

Q: What is the qualifying to win?
A: Passing all start, checkpoints, and finish time verification with ID validation.

Q: Do you have a timing system?
A: Yes, we use Mylaps timing system.

Q: What are the prizes?
A: Male & Female categories: 1st Place IDR 2.5mio | 2nd Place 2mio | 3rd Place 1mio.

Q: How will I receive my prize?
A: Winners will be notified and verified by our technical and event directors.

Q: Can I change my T-shirt size?
A: No, once selected it cannot be changed.

Q: How do I collect my Race Pack?
A: Present valid ID. If collected by someone else, provide a Power of Attorney, ID copies, and original health certificate from a doctor.
