Please read this participant declaration and all terms carefully before completing your registration.

PARTICIPANT DECLARATION

In connection with my participation in the ROAD TO GIVE BALI 2026 event, I, the undersigned, hereby declare that PARTICIPANTS am in good physical and mental health and not restricted in any manner (including, but not limited to, restrictions from my personal physician) from participating in the activities associated with the ROAD TO GIVE BALI PARTICIPANTS 2026 event. PARTICIPANTS recognize there are risks involved in my participation of the ROAD TO GIVE BALI PARTICIPANTS 2026 event and assume such risks and personal responsibility as a condition of me being permitted to participate in the ROAD TO GIVE BALI PARTICIPANTS 2026.

TERMS AND CONDITION

Participant obligations

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the ROAD TO GIVE BALI 2026 event, agree as follows:

    Fun run PARTICIPANTS will be divided into two category 5KM and 2KM.

  2. 2

    PARTICIPANTS must comply with and follow all instructions, directions, and instructions provided by the Run Committee.

  3. 3

    PARTICIPANTS acknowledge and agree that the Organizer will determine the format of the run and will have sole authority and final say on all decisions relating to safety, the duration and organization of the run, the timing/finish time, and its implementation within the specified timeframe. All decisions made by the Organizer are final and official.

  4. 4

    PARTICIPANTS must be present at the Run location 45 (forty-five) minutes before the flag-off. PARTICIPANTS are responsible for all time required for personal needs (including travel, parking, bag deposits, etc.).

  5. 5

    PARTICIPANTS will not be able to participate in the program if they fail to start within 10 minutes of the flag-off. PARTICIPANTS will be disqualify if they do not start at the specified time. The risk of a failed start or Did Not Start (DNS) condition is entirely the responsibility of the participant.

    The Organizer will implement zoning in the starting area.

  7. 7

    The Organizer reserves the right to set a time limit or cut-off time (COT). The cut-off time (COT) may be modified (expedited) if deemed necessary by the Organizer.

    PARTICIPANTS who reach the finish line after the specified Cut-Off Time (COT) will be deemed to have failed the race.

  9. 9

    PARTICIPANTS agree not to participate unless PARTICIPANTS physically and mentally able or have obtained clearance from my personal physician and will assume full responsibility for obtaining such clearance.

  10. 10

    PARTICIPANTS agree not to consume any alcohol prior to the ROAD TO GIVE BALI 2026 event or ingest any medicines or substances that will inhibit my mental or physical ability to participate in ROAD TO GIVE BALI 2026.

  11. 11

    PARTICIPANTS agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to participate in the race.

    PARTICIPANTS agree to always obey all civil and criminal laws of the country where the ROAD TO GIVE BALI 2026 event is held.

  13. 13

    PARTICIPANTS recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks associated with my participation in the ROAD TO GIVE BALI 2026 event and agree to assume all risks, including, but not limited to, falls, contact and physical injury with other PARTICIPANTS , negligent or wanton acts of other PARTICIPANTS , defects or conditions of premises, and the effects of the weather, including high heat, humidity, or rain, all such risks being known and acknowledged by me.

    PARTICIPANTS agree that ROAD TO GIVE BALI 2026 is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of personal at the venue or partner venues.

  15. 15

    PARTICIPANTS consent to emergency medical care and transportation in order to obtain treatment in the event of injury to me as medical professionals may deem appropriate. This release extends to any liability arising out of or in any way connected with the medical treatment and transportation provided in the event of an emergency.

  16. 16

    PARTICIPANTS grant permission to the organizers of the ROAD TO GIVE BALI 2026 event to use and publish any photographs, videos, recordings, or any other records of this event for any purpose, including, but not limited to, promoting, advertising, and marketing purposes. All photographs, videos, recordings, or other records of the event are the sole property of ROAD TO GIVE BALI 2026.

    PARTICIPANTS are expected to always exhibit appropriate behavior, including obeying all laws. This includes respect for all people, equipment, and facilities, and cooperative, positive participation.

  18. 18

    PARTICIPANTS will not litter or deface the premises. ROAD TO GIVE BALI 2026 may dismiss, without refund, anyone whose behavior endangers the safety of or negatively affects the race, a person, a facility, or property of any type or kind.

    PARTICIPANTS understand that my registration constitutes a confirmed entry to the ROAD TO GIVE BALI 2026 event and is non-transferable and non-refundable.

  20. 20

    PARTICIPANTS understand and agree that the organizers of the ROAD TO GIVE BALI 2026 will collect, use and process my personal data for the purposes of providing the services associated with the ROAD TO GIVE BALI 2026 event. Accordingly, PARTICIPANTS consent to the organizers of the ROAD TO GIVE BALI 2026 to collect, use and process such data for such purposes and where necessary, for other purposes described in the Marriott Group Privacy Statement.

    PARTICIPANTS , my heirs, administrators and assigns, agree to release and forever discharge the organizers of the ROAD TO GIVE BALI 2026 and its parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, officials, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and employees (collectively, the “ROAD TO GIVE BALI Parties”) from all manners of action, causes of action, suits, debts, damages, claims and liability of any type or kind whatsoever, including attorney’s fees, arising from or in connection with my participation in the ROAD TO GIVE BALI 2026 event.

    PARTICIPANTS agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the ROAD TO GIVE BALI Parties from and against all liability, claims, suits, demands, damages, judgments, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) to which any of the ROAD TO GIVE BALI Parties may be subject by reason of any claim for, any injury to or death of any person or persons, illnesses, losses, or for damage to property or otherwise arising from or in connection with my participation in the ROAD TO GIVE BALI 2026 event.

    PARTICIPANTS agree that if my child is participating in the ROAD TO GIVE BALI 2026 event with/without me, references to “PARTICIPANTS ” and “myself” in this waiver release form shall also include references to my child accordingly.

FORCE MAJEURE

Force Majeure Terms & Conditions

A Force Majeure Event means an event, occurrence, circumstance, condition, and/or emergency situation beyond the control of the organizing committee, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, tsunamis, landslides, earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, severe weather conditions, sabotage, terrorism, vandalism, war, riots, fires, explosions, demonstration blockades, rebellions, extraordinary events, outbreaks of infectious viruses with the risk of death, and warnings and/or prohibitions from the Government and/or authorized agencies in response to the current emergency. Therefore, the organizing committee reserves the right to postpone or cancel for the health, safety, security, and comfort of participants in particular and the general public. Participants should be aware of the following in the event of Force Majeure:

1. Event Postponed

- The organizing committee will issue an official announcement regarding the event postponement and will immediately announce a change in the event date.

- The organizing committee is not obligated to refund registration fees paid by participants.

2. Event Cancelled

- The organizing committee will issue an official announcement regarding the event cancellation.

- The organizing committee will refund registration fees paid by participants.
