Please read these terms carefully before registering or participating in the event.
In connection with my participation in the ROAD TO GIVE BALI 2025 event, I, the undersigned, hereby declare that PARTICIPANTS am in good physical and mental health and not restricted in any manner (including, but not limited to, restrictions from my personal physician) from participating in the activities associated with the ROAD TO GIVE BALI PARTICIPANTS 2025 event PARTICIPANTS recognize there are risks involved in my participation of the ROAD TO GIVE BALI PARTICIPANTS 2025 event and assume such risks and personal responsibility as a condition of me being permitted to participate in the ROAD TO GIVE BALI PARTICIPANTS 2025.
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the ROAD TO GIVE BALI 2025 event, I agree as follows:
Peristiwa Force Majeure berarti suatu peristiwa, kejadian, keadaan, kondisi dan/atau situasi darurat yang terjadi di luar kendali panitia penyelenggara, termasuk tetapi tidak terbatas pada bencana alam, banjir, tsunami, tanah lomgsor, gempa bumi, angina topan, angina tornado, kondisi cuaca buruk, sabotase, terorisme, vandalisme, perang, kerusuhan, kebakaran, ledakan api, blokade demonstrasi, pemberontakan, kejadian luar biasa wabah virus menular dengan resiko kematian, adanya himbauan dan/atau larangan dari Pemerintah dan/atau Instansi yang berwenang terkait antisipasi terhadap keadaan darurat yang sedang terjadi. Maka panitia penyelenggara berhak untuk menunda atau membatalkan kegiatan Indonesia Marathon demi kesehatan, keselamatan, keamanan dan kenyamanan peserta Indonesia Marathon secara khusus, dan masyarakat luas secara umum.
Adapun hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan oleh peserta jika terjadi Force Majeure adalah sebagai berikut:
A Force Majeure Event means an event, occurrence, circumstance, condition, and/or emergency situation beyond the control of the organizing committee, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, tsunamis, landslides, earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, severe weather conditions, sabotage, terrorism, vandalism, war, riots, fires, explosions, demonstration blockades, rebellions, extraordinary events, outbreaks of infectious viruses with the risk of death, and warnings and/or prohibitions from the Government and/or authorized agencies in response to the current emergency. Therefore, the organizing committee reserves the right to postpone or cancel the Indonesia Marathon for the health, safety, security, and comfort of Indonesia Marathon participants in particular and the general public.
Participants should be aware of the following in the event of Force Majeure:
